When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

Back Orders We only advertise items that we have in stock or can obtain by a local distributor within 2 business days but in case a mistake was made from our side, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Within Canada, the federal (GST) sale taxes will be added to your order. Provincial tax will be added for orders shipped within Quebec. Orders to the USA, UK and all international orders are tax / VAT Free.
